Dura-Sport Leisure Care were appointed to rejuvenate a block of four sand filled synthetic grass tennis courts at Huddersfield Lawn Tennis and Squash Club in West Yorkshire.

The courts were struggling with poor drainage and holding water. Silt and contamination was present on the playing area and within the sand infill making it hazardous for its users.

Dura-Sport Leisure Care's rejuvenation process was recommended as this lifts and removes the contaminated infill and material and replaces with fresh, brand new sand. This process also decompacts and 'opens up' the carpet to make it softer underfoot and restores the playing and draining characteristics, helping to bring the courts back to an ‘as new’ condition.

Following the Rejuvenation service, Dura-Sport Leisure Care's specialist technician was able to provide the client with comprehensive advice on the required routine and specialist maintenance processes required to help prevent issues re-occuring.
