Dura-Sport Leisure Care were appointed by Stoke City FC to carry out a summer deep clean and infill top-up to the 3G synthetic grass pitch at their Clayton Wood Training Ground.

Day one of the maintenance project included the deep cleaning of the synthetic grass pitch surfacing by lifting, decompacting and cleaning the rubber infill.

This was then followed by the application of additional rubber infill across the pitch, working the rubber in to the synthetic grass surface to help support the carpet pile.

These processes resulted in a significant improvement both to the aesthetics and playing quality of the pitch.
