Holt Drive Play Area

Following a successful tender process, Dura-Sport were appointed by Charnwood Borough Council to resurface and upgrade six play areas across the borough.

All sites were surveyed and measured before embarking on the repair of the existing wet pour rubber surfacing, ensuring that it was the correct depth as this would act as a base layer for the new synthetic grass. 

Any dilapidated edgings were replaced and the wet pour rubber was then covered with Dura-Sport's heavy duty, hard wearing Impact Play Carpet.

Sand infill was applied at the specified rate and the carpet was fixed securely at the perimeter edges.

The area at Holt Drive Play Area measures approximately 202m².
