Dura-Sport were appointed by Birmingham City Council to construct a bespoke new build twin bay non-turf cricket practice facility that needed to withstand heavy use within a popular park in the City of Birmingham.
Dura-Sport installed two DSi-pro batting ends and bowling ends surfaced with i-weave highly durable wilton woven cricket surfacing and full sand dressed synthetic surrounds. A rigid vandal resistant cage structure comprising of rigid panelled mesh was also specified as well as additional drainage.
