Bishopston Community Council contacted Dura-Sport to discuss refurbishment options for their existing non-turf pitch on the edge of the first team square.
The existing surface and shock pad were lifted and removed and additional aggregate was brought in to top up low spots and remove undulations within the existing foundation.
After consultation with the client, A new DSi-layer shock pad underlay was installed along the full length and width of the pitch, which was then resurfaced using our traditional green coloured DSi-weave superior wilton woven cricket carpet, confirmed as the strongest and most durable cricket carpet available in the industry.
The pitch was installed under tension and marked out as per rules of the game.
