Dura-Sport have completed several projects for Parks Primary School and were delighted to have been appointed to construct a new ‘Daily Mile’ track at the Leicester school.
The works included the excavation of the existing grass and the supply and installation of new edgings. A geotextile membrane was laid and new granite / lime stone was imported and compacted to a consistent depth.
Dura-Sport’s hard wearing and durable Impact Play Carpet in Burgundy was then installed around the 500m2 area to create a fabulous facility for the school children to utilise for excercise all year round.
