Narborough & Littlethorpe Cricket Club contacted Dura-Sport to discuss refurbishment options for their twin lane practice facility.

The existing surface and shock pad were lifted and removed from lane 1 and the aggregate base was completely reconstructed in order to bring the levels of the pitch back up to flush with the existing surrounding ground.

A new full length DS pad was then installed under tension. After consultation with the client, the pitch was re-surfaced using our natural looking straw coloured DSi-weave superior wilton woven cricket carpet, confirmed as the strongest and most durable cricket carpet available in the industry.

The pitch was installed under tension and marked out as per rules of the game. All synthetic surround material was replaced at the same time with DSEvograss, including the extension to the bowlers’ run ups.

New netting was also installed to the existing twin bay cage structure.
