Dura-Sport were approached to install the indoor 3G pitch at the Lucozade Sport Conditions Zone in Canary Wharf.
The Lucozade Sport Conditions Zone has been purpose built to replicate the conditions that England's footballers will be experiencing in Brazil this summer, with temperatures soaring from 32°C and humidity rising up to 80%.
The project involved the installation of Playrite MF60S third generation synthetic grass over a specialist shock absorbing performance layer. Dura-Sport's evograss recreational surfacing was installed around the perimeter of the facility and in public areas.
With an extremely tight deadline, Dura-Sport pulled out all the stops to complete the project on time, ready for launch on the 3rd of June.
