Dura-Sport have carried out a large scale playground construction and resurfacing project for a local authority.
The project, which covers approximately 1300m2 across four separate areas, features Dura-Sport's Impact Play Safer Surfacing System in a range of critical fall heights.
The existing skate park was removed and a new play area was constructed featuring the Impact Play System in various critical fall heights and surfaced in a variety of colours.
The Impact Play System was also installed around newly introduced hand-picked boulders to a critical fall height of 1.5 metres (IPC 1.5) and the area was surfaced with Impact Play Carpet in Ochre.
Navy Impact Play Carpet was laid around newly installed outdoor gym equipment.
The Impact Play System was laid over the existing wet pour rubber surfacing in the third area, again in a range of critical fall heights to suit the play equipment.
The systems were surfaced with Impact Play Carpet in a variety of colours to create a safe and stimulating play space.
