Dura-Sport were approached to provide some free, no obligation advice to Lightcliffe CC following their allocation of funding for a new build twin bay practice facility.
A facility was subsequently designed to meet the clubs budget, performance and lifespan requirements whilst fully adhering to ECB TS6 and The ECB Code of Practice.
The facility design incorporates two ECB Approved DSi-pro cricket system practice pitches, surfaced with i-weave superior wilton woven playing surfaces. DS synthetic grass was then installed in between and alongside the pitches to provide the club with a totally synthetic, low maintenance design footprint.
An extended cage structure, fitted with heavy duty netting was also installed, with the DS grass running outside the cage structure to provide a synthetic mowing margin.
