Dura-Sport were contacted with regards to the construction of a new build twin bay practice facility at Hawick & Wilton Cricket Club in Roxburghshire, Scotland.
Following discussions with club representatives, the club decided to construct their own foundation, with Dura-Sport offering help and advice with regards to dimensions, socket locations and tolerances.
Once the foundation, edge detail and sockets were in place Dura-Sport visited site to supply and install the shock pads and playing surfaces.
The club opted for DS Grass, a recreational heavy duty tufted grass in one lane, and our DSi-weave loam coloured superior wilton woven cricket carpet in the other, complete with DS Evograss surrounds.
Dura-Sport then supplied and erected the heavy duty cage structure and fitted it with a DS knotless netting system.
The project was completed within the clubs budget and way ahead of the projected timescales.
