Dura-Sport were employed by Great Bowden Primary Academy to transform their outdoor space by replacing the existing natural turf with durable and hard wearing artificial grass.
The project involved the excavation of the existing grass and soil and removal from site. A new clean stone foundation base was created and the area was surfaced with 300m² of Dura-Sport 35mm Leisure Grass in 3-tone green with tan / beige thatch and 128m² of Dura-Sport Navy Carpet.
The new surfacing has greatly improved the aesthetics of the school grounds and provides a clean, safe play space for the children to utilise all year round.
From the early site visits right through to the full project completion Andy at Dura-Sport and his team have been fantastic. They listened to what we were after and came up with a plan that gave us just that, and on budget. The customer service and communication has been second to none. The quality of the finished space is fabulous and has completely transformed the front of our school.
