Following a successful tender submission, Flintshire County Council appointed Dura-Sport to resurface the sand envelope sports pitch at Elfed High School in Buckley, North Wales.
The project involved the removal of the existing needle punched synthetic grass and film layer, the re-grading of the sand base and the over-laying of the area with Lano sand filled synthetic grass. Permanent football line markings were cut in to the surface and lines for hockey and 5-a-side were applied with specialist line marking paint.
