Dura-Sport were employed by a Market Harborough home owner to upgrade their terraced yard, slabs, bricks, concrete, crazy paving and grass plot with a new patio and artificial lawnto provide a clean, safe garden for children to play in.

The project included:

- Existing uneven slabs, bricks and crazy paving broken up and removed
- Existing grass mowed and turf cut and removed
- Existing drains and pipes examined and assessed
- Railway sleeper installed to define change in level between patio area and lawn
- Sleepers installed at patio doors to provide a step into garden
- New sub base and stone foundation imported to pathway and patio to aid stability
- Lawn area defined with timber edge boards and aggregate imported to aid drainage
- Chosen smooth finish high quality slabs installed in brickwork fashion, taking into consideration falls to drains and away from  buildings, and grouted accordingly.
- DS Evograss artificial grass product supplied and laid to form new lawn area.
- Chosen decorative stone installed along fence line
- Slabs installed near the garden gate to provide hard standing area for bins
- Shed remains in situ but entrance is carpeted with synthetic grass
