Dura-Sport were employed by Anglesey County Council to upgrade an existing sand filled MUGA and block of macadam tennis courts at Amlwch Leisure Centre.
The works involved the removal of the dividing fence and the old grass and preparation of the existing base. New timber rebound boards were supplied and installed, followed by new 3G synthetic grass. A set of football goals were also supplied and installed.
In addition, a block of two macadam tennis courts were upgraded as part of the project. The existing macadam was power cleaned and prepared with a protective polyurethane binder spray. The courts were then colour coated with specialist sports court paint with line markings for tennis and netball.
